PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE REGISTERING
Registration is being handled by the NEON Customer Relationship Management System. Neon will someday be the NSS membership database, and this is the first step in making that happen; it is presently used only for the NSS Bookstore, and now for events.
Registering for convention works best when you first create a Neon account. This is separate from and not related to your actual NSS membership record. This is so that you can register family members and guests at the same time, saving you considerable time, and all in a single transaction. You will create your own unique login and password for this account, so be sure to remember it.
If you are registering just yourself or don't mind having to enter personal information twice (or already have a NEON account), you can jump right to registration and choose to create an account (or not) at that point.
If you want to register multiple people or want to follow all the steps, keep reading.
IMPORTANT: Once you have created your account, you will not yet be recognized as an NSS member. Since this is a temporary account and you don’t want to pay again to join, send an email to the Registration Chair, and you’ll be made an NSS Regular Online member in Neon at no cost as soon as possible. If you have family members, just include their names in the email, and they’ll be made Family Regular members, and will populate in your account at the same address. You’ll receive an auto-response email when your memberships are ready, so you can complete your registration. Just check the names of your family members to add them to your registration.

Neon NSS Membership
You will receive an auto-response email confirming your registration, and you will be able to see it in your account.
While creating this account is technically not necessary to register, it does help the NSS transition our membership database to this system and will save you time in the future.

1. Full refund of registration fees only, if requested 45 days (not later than June 12, 2018) or more before the convention. Any additional items purchased (patches, pins, etc.) will be mailed to the address provided. Ticket buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
2. Refund of 50% of registration fee only, if cancelled between 44 and 31 days (June 13, 2018 through June 27, 2018) before the convention. Any additional items purchased (patches, pins, etc.) will be mailed to the address provided.
3. No refunds within 30 days (June 28, 2018 or later) of the convention. Any additional items purchased (patches, pins, etc.) will be mailed to the address provided.
